Clinical Supervision

Grow Into the Clinician You Were Called to Be

Graduate school prepared you to think like a counselor…but perhaps not nearly enough of you.

Clinical supervision is where you learn to be one. You’re working toward your license and looking for supervision that goes deeper than hour-logging. You chose this work because something in you knew it mattered.

Are you newly licensed, navigating the weight of your first real caseload, and meanwhile feeling stressed out?

I remember those days.

Or maybe you’re a few years in and feeling pulled to explore deeper, more specialized work.

Wherever you are, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m Dr. Heloise (Lois) Ridley, EdD, LPC, NCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Level III AEDP Practitioner. My supervision practice is rooted in the same relational, trauma-informed principles that guide my clinical work.

Clinical supervision is not about checking boxes. I see it as a relational, growth-oriented process sprinkled with attachment neuroscience, somatic awareness, light-heartedness, strength-focus, and cultural attunement… These are the same principles I have spent years integrating across clinical practice, doctoral research, and training.

Clinical supervision is available virtually for pre-licensed, provisionally licensed, and licensed counselors.

I offer individual and group supervision formats and welcome inquiries about scheduling, fees, and fit.

I look forward to supporting you.

Together we can work to support your development and growth:

Deepen your confidence working with trauma

Integrate experiential approaches into your existing toolkit

Build your cultural attunement and competence across diverse client populations

Move through any imposter syndrome towards morembodied confidence

Strengthen clinical documentation, assessment, and treatment planning

Develop your specialty and professional identity

Explore what is happening relationally with your clients and within yourself

Prepare for licensure and beyond
